Data Analytics & Power BI role for Private Equity backed SaaS firm going through rapid growth & Transformation.

The firm already have significant marketshare in their sector, and are set to increase it rapidly.

This role will play a part in that Transformation, as the firm move toward more modern SaaS metrics & financial reporting.

Initially you will work with the CFO where objective will be to set up infrastructure and reporting for the finance org, providing visibility on core SaaS metrics like customer numbers, growth, churn, ARR etc. From there you'd branch out into the organisation working with other Senior stakeholders like the CRO.

Initially the role will be an individual contributor role with some internal support & support from a vendor, but the expectation is this role will grow into a more Senior Management role in the mid to long term.

The company has a track record of little churn and excellent career progression opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Strong technical depth in Power BI & SQL
• Strong communication skills; ability to engage with C-Suite & Senior Management to translate business requirements into something actionable
• Experience with Python and SAP systems would be really useful although not a must.
• Ability to operate in a fast moving, rapid growth environment is crucial. An ability to context switch often.
