University degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

Supporting the Head of EU and Country Head of Moody’s Deutschland GmbH within the Regional Management team to achieve objectives, plan, and execute initiatives. The role involves management, project execution, and operations, requiring resourcefulness, organization, focus, flexibility, emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity.

  • Develop regional and country strategies with the Regional Co-Head EMEA, Head of EU
  • Coordinate with internal control functions and execute independently
  • Lead special projects, often on tight deadlines
  • Create decision templates, protocols, and presentations, including board materials

Serve as a central contact for operational, infrastructure, and control issues involving Regional Management.

  • Attend management meetings, identify agenda items, and ensure follow-up
  • Prepare for external engagements with stakeholders, regulators, and policymakers
  • Draft responses to regulatory information requests
  • Review and improve administrative processes for efficiency
  • Manage personnel processes, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, and HR data integrity
  • Set service standards and manage team performance
  • Oversee compensation budget and manage open positions and reserve funds
  • Coordinate facility management and office upgrades
  • Plan and organize department and office events within budget
