We're a small but mighty team serving coffees out of our stores in Berlin and quickly expanding to the rest of Germany. We're looking for a Recruiter to contribute to hiring our team in-store. You will be responsible for hiring the customer-facing team for all our stores, from baristas to Store Managers.

What you will do:
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-staff positions.
  2. Partner with the team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate trial days with our stores.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support store growth and expansion.
  7. Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
What you bring:
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience or similar high-volume recruiting, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing candidates.
  • Passion for people and a keen eye for talent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in high-volume hiring and retail is a big plus.
