Our quite newly established Division Tool Flow Solutions, part of Sandvik Machining Solutions, comprises around 130 employees. We operate in a fast-paced software business with a strong growth focus and aim to become a world leader within our domain. Welcome to join us!

Your mission

In this role, you will shape and execute our marketing vision with creativity, expertise, and a data-driven approach. You will lead and manage our marketing team to develop and implement strategies across various channels, communicating our value proposition to attract and retain customers. You will manage resources and external partners, working closely with virtual teams. You will build and maintain strong brand identities that reflect our company values and resonate with customers, including managing the association with the Sandvik master brand.

By developing inbound marketing strategies, you will generate and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Naturally, you will analyze and report on marketing performance using tools to measure the effectiveness and return on investment in marketing campaigns and strategies.

In collaboration with external partners, your role will also include:

• Event and campaign management
• Market research and customer engagement and retention
• Social media management, digital marketing (SEO and SEM), and content creation

You will report to the Head of Global Sales and Marketing. The location for this role is Tübingen, Germany, or Stockholm, Sweden. Some travel is part of your job.

About you

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in marketing, combined with a background within the manufacturing or software industry. You have very good marketing skills, especially in solution marketing, brand management, and market research. You are used to collaborating with both tech- and business-focused teams. Your experience is backed by a relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career.

To thrive in this role, you also need:

• Passion for people management and experience in building a high-performing team
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and in building and fostering strong strategic partnerships
• Fluency in written and verbal English
