Role: As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will lead sales, merchandising, and operations within an Apple Shop in a partner reseller store. You’ll act as a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, encouraging partner staff through your passion for technology and Apple products. Your influence will help grow Apple business by providing excellent customer service, demonstrating products, and training staff while maintaining merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent Apple within a partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow the business.
  2. Collaborate with and train reseller teams on Apple products, services, and merchandising guidelines, promoting outstanding customer experiences and brand advocacy.
  3. Educate store teams on the latest Apple offerings through demonstrations and consultations.
  4. Maintain Apple’s merchandising and brand standards across your territory, ensuring fixtures, product displays, and exposures are up to date.
  5. Perform daily care and inspections, escalating issues as needed.
  6. Enhance customer experience with creativity, curiosity, and innovative ideas.
