Consortia has partnered with a Stealth Mode start-up aiming to shape the future of the MedTech industry in Germany. They are looking for a Chief Product Officer / Co-founder to join their mission.

You will work with top investors and experienced founders, taking the lead on defining the product strategy and turning vision into reality, collaborating closely with the founders to achieve critical goals for business launch. You will be the key figure in advising on all product-related matters.

What will you be doing?

• Defining the go-to-market strategy based on user insights
• Creating compelling customer journeys for stakeholders
• Building a world-class product team from scratch
• Managing the product lifecycle from inception to delivery
• Collaborating with the CEO to develop a market-leading product
• Having at least 3 years in a C-suite role within a high-growth startup or VC environment
• Demonstrating deep product management expertise and passion
• Understanding B2B / SaaS dynamics
• Experience in establishing product roadmaps for startups
• Being a strong business leader capable of making significant decisions
• Experience in MedTech / HealthTech is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
