The Manager, Customer Story Development is a key player in the Customer Marketing team responsible for identifying target customers, capturing their success stories, and delivering top-notch content. They collaborate with various stakeholders across the business in EMEA to build and maintain a target customer list, pitch the program's value, conduct in-depth interviews, and own the end-to-end content production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Interviews: Conduct interviews with customers to extract their stories, understanding their journey and technical/business details, ensuring a broad perspective for different outputs.
  2. Managing Content Production: Oversee the entire content production process, define deliverables, manage approvals, and ensure content meets ServiceNow quality standards.
  3. Customer Blueprints: Maintain the target customer list, manage stakeholder buy-in, and collaborate with sourcing teams to build the list.
  4. Pitching Customers & Sales Teams: Promote the program's value to customers and sales teams to encourage participation.
  5. Managing Vendors: Ensure external agencies deliver content aligned with ServiceNow messaging and style.
