Für unser Büro in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt studentische Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Human Resources Team mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Employer Branding und Marketing.

Deine Rolle:

Das deutsche Human Resources Team ist ein integraler Teil der global positionierten Human Resources Gruppe und verantwortet die operative und strategische Personalarbeit für die lokalen Büros in Frankfurt am Main und Düsseldorf. Unser HR-Team freut sich auf tatkräftige Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitgebermarke auf dem deutschen und internationalen Bewerbermarkt:

1. Erstellung von zielgruppengerechtem Content in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer internationalen Marketingabteilung
2. Umsetzung neuer Konzepte im Bereich Employer Branding & Talent Attraction bei Messesauftritten, Campusevents und Veranstaltungen im Rahmen der globalen Vorgaben
3. Administrative Projektbegleitung (Datenbankpflege, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Karriereevents- und Messen, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen)

Dein Profil:

1. Laufendes Studium (Fachrichtung Personalmanagement, BWL/Marketing oder vergleichbare Studieninhalte)
2. Spaß an Personalmarketing und aktuellen Markttrends
3. Kreativität und erste Erfahrung mit der Pflege von Karriereportalen
4. Sicherer Umgang mit den üblichen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
5. Zeitliche Flexibilität (20 Stunden/Woche) neben dem Studium
