We are seeking a Financial Analyst (m / f / d) to join our German Offices Financial Team in Berlin.

Reporting to the Financial Manager and in close contact with Covivio's Top Management and Finance Department, you will actively participate in the financial management and performance control of Covivio's German Offices (including projects under development) through financial and strategic analyses necessary to steer the activities.

As a key contact between the support functions (accounting, controlling, tax) and the operational teams (Property and Asset Management), your main responsibilities will include :

YOUR TASKS :

• Monitor KPIs for the German office portfolio (rental income, occupancy, operating costs), analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare monthly reports and participate in quarterly financial communications with Group departments
• Assist in implementing financial models to forecast asset / portfolio performance, including quarterly updates and long-term strategic plans
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of assumptions, market conditions, and business initiatives
• Implement process improvements and develop automated tools to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making (Power BI / SAP knowledge a plus)
• Conduct market research on the European real estate market

YOUR PROFILE :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate (Business / Engineering school or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or roles related to valuation / investment (corporate finance, audit, financing, or real estate investment)
• Strong financial analysis skills, including sensitivity and scenario analysis, and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI / SAP a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in Business English (written & oral), with proficiency in German or French being a plus
