Your mission

Are you looking for new challenges as an electrical helper, electrical assistant, or production and assembly helper in the electrical field? Then come to Falch! As a production worker in our electrical production team, you will help manufacture high-quality electrical components and products. Together, we ensure that production runs efficiently and with quality awareness so that our customers are satisfied.

• Manufacture, assemble, and package electrotechnical components and products
• Check components and products for faults
• Ensure that the work complies with the technical specifications
• Report production progress and recognize opportunities to improve quality
• Observe safety regulations and wear the necessary protective equipment
• Ideally, have initial experience in manufacturing or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
• Careful and fast working style with manual dexterity
• Friendly and respectful demeanor, ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn and familiarize yourself with new things
• Basic knowledge of office software is an advantage
