Your Role

Our high-tech measurement systems for semiconductor lithography demand exceptional measurement performance, primarily achieved through advanced optical components. Overcoming manufacturing tolerances to push accuracy limits is your challenge at ZEISS.

You will develop highly accurate measurement processes within expert teams, from conceptual design to implementation and performance evaluation. Your success hinges on optical product performance. You will expand your network within the company and maintain close contact with customers.

Your innovative mindset keeps you abreast of the latest technical developments and publications, fostering excellence.

As a senior, you will facilitate knowledge exchange within the team, steer complex development projects, and influence technology strategies.

Your Profile

• Expertise in optical metrology, calibration, and tuning
• Hands-on experience commissioning complex measurement systems
• Experience in optical simulations or design
• Proficiency in system specifications and error budgeting
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Passion for solving complex problems independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in German (B2 or above) and English
