What you’ll do :
  1. Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
  2. Renew and expand existing customer accounts to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.
  3. Utilize industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Conduct effective meetings with Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives, demonstrating leadership in this space.
  5. Collaborate with our product team to gather feedback on trends and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
What we value :
  • At least 4 years in enterprise sales, preferably in startup or early-stage companies; industry experience is highly preferred.
  • A consultative, solution/value-based sales approach to close new business.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the C-level.
  • Excellent research skills to deeply understand a client's business, structure, and processes.
  • A proven track record of consistent overachievement in enterprise sales.
  • A proactive, creative, flexible, and forward-thinking attitude.
  • Experience with corporate training products/services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Italian (written and verbal).
