Your prospective job:

For our client Airbus Operations, you will act as a Buyer of green investments (m/f/d) at Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Define, improve, and implement a sourcing strategy for a sub-category (e.g., Wind, Biomass Generation, Battery) across all Airbus group divisions in collaboration with a Multi-Functional-Team (MFT) for Energy and Decarbonisation
• Guide the execution of the green energy transformation strategy across Airbus group to support all customers
• Influence corporate approaches to decarbonisation
• Conduct international and cross-divisional CFTs within the scope of the category
• Negotiate, select suppliers, and contract
• Establish, implement, and review transnational and trans-divisional contracts
• Manage contracts with regular reviews based on commercial, quality, and delivery KPIs
• Engage stakeholders from different functions and divisions to guide and prepare strategic and contract decisions

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable
• Several years of experience in purchasing and contract management
• Knowledge in energy and environmental management is an advantage
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
