A leading company in the Telecom sector is seeking an Account Executive to drive business development in the DACH region. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, developing strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, with a Bachelor's degree and experience in complex sales environments.
The primary purpose of this role is to help drive the success of our DACH Enterprise team by profiling and gaining new appointments with New Logo prospects in the Growth market segment.

The Account Executive is responsible for profiling, discovery, engaging, and building strategic sales plans for New Logo prospects in the Enterprise sector. While managing existing customers, the focus will be on :
Must haves :
Experience : Business development of New Logo sales
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, international customers
Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executive levels
Familiarity with MEDDICC or equivalent qualification methodology
Assertive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strategic relationships within organizations
Ability to work closely with customers and negotiate effectively on their behalf
Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and leverage in customer engagement strategies
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)
Strong technology and Telecoms knowledge with the technical aptitude to stay current in the evolving technology sector
Effective decision-making based on business and financial principles
Working knowledge of MS Office suite
Fluent in German and English
Might haves :
Strong consultative selling experience from another industry with a desire to transition into Telecoms
