As a Statistician supporting late-phase clinical trials, you'll play a critical role in transforming complex data into meaningful evidence — helping bring life-changing treatments to patients faster.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with statistical project leaders, clinical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality statistical analyses and insights for pivotal neurology studies.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide strategic input into the design, setup, and conduct of late-phase clinical studies
• Take ownership of statistical deliverables for one or more studies or a specific indication within a compound
• Oversee and / or execute statistical analyses in line with approved statistical analysis plans (SAPs)
• Collaborate with study programmers to ensure timely and accurate production of analysis datasets and outputs
• Draft and contribute to the interpretation and reporting of results in clinical study reports and scientific publications
• Conduct exploratory and ad hoc data analyses to support study or project objectives
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts
• Represent statistics in cross-functional teams and working groups to drive innovation and operational efficiency
• Track study timelines, deliverables, and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance

What You Bring :

• PhD or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical development, including late-phase clinical trials
• Strong hands-on experience with statistical programming using SAS and / or R
• Broad knowledge of advanced statistical concepts, methods, and regulatory standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in spoken and written English
