Jobbeschreibung

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our SOLAR products. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • Extend resources to customers (EPC, Installers, or Distributors)
  • Attend local exhibitions or business fairs
  • Organize local roadshows
  • Help current distributors and EPCs deepen relationships with local installers and smaller-scale distributors

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience in the solar or ESS field
  • Articulate and well-versed in client-facing roles
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • German and English at least C1 level or above
  • Located in the Netherlands or Germany
  • German or Dutch nationality
  • Resources of local EPCs, installers, or distributors in the DACH zone
