How you will create an impact:

• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring robust data ingestion, storage, and governance.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows for AI/ML solutions.
• Establish data management best practices to ensure compliance, security, and high availability.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments for AI/ML applications.
• Define and drive cloud stack design and strategy, focusing on high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement infrastructure as code principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI/ML models.
• Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for application delivery and scaling.
• Establish MLOps best practices, including feature store management and model monitoring.
• Transition prototypes into secure, high-performance production solutions.
• Implement system monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
• Refine operational processes to improve scalability and resilience.
• Work with cross-functional teams and clients to translate technical needs into infrastructure solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to foster operational excellence and innovation.
• Present technical concepts and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

About you:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 in consulting, in cloud operations, data infrastructure, DevOps, or MLOps.
• A university degree in a relevant field, fluent in business English and German.
• Proven success in deploying production-grade data and AI/ML solutions.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture design.
• Strong expertise in DevOps, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with high-availability environments for AI/ML workloads.
• Ability to implement monitoring, logging, and security practices.
• Track record of optimizing system performance and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership in managing complex infrastructure projects and fostering collaboration.
