WHAT TO EXPECT
  • As a team member of the German sales team, your responsibility will include establishing and expanding our sales activities in East Germany. You will have the opportunity to make a difference through personal responsibility and flexibility.
  • Acquisition of new customers (identification, qualification, and onboarding) and support of existing customers.
  • Support and commercial development of existing customers.
  • Identify customer requirements and develop technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with existing resources.
  • Represent this area at trade fairs and other events.
  • Maintain and utilize the CRM system (Salesforce).
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable training.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales.
  • High technical affinity; expertise in drive technology is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Pioneering spirit, flexibility, and pronounced negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and high willingness to travel (at least 50%).
  • Good knowledge of English and German languages.
