Job Responsibilities
- IT-Client-Administration
- Support and maintenance of laptops, ThinClients, mobile phones, iPads, handheld scanners, printers, etc.
- Mobile Device Management
- Procurement of IT equipment
- Communication with and management of service providers
- 1st and 2nd level IT support via ticket system, phone, and on-site for users
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in client administration/client management
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems (MS Intune, Ivanti, MobileIron, AirWatch, etc.)
- Experience with iOS and Android is desirable
- Relevant user helpdesk experience
- Strong communication skills
- Dynamic, reliable, and professional demeanor
