What your day will look like

This role offers an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a major migration project with a leading software company. As you contribute to customer success and project excellence, you will have the potential to grow into more senior roles within the Professional Services department.

• Client Ownership & Satisfaction: Manage a defined customer base, handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
• Project Development & Support: Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
• Solution Configuration & Delivery: Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Long-term Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
• Project Management: Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.

What you need to fulfill the role

• Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory
• Previous experience in a solution specialist role in the construction industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of web-based technologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively
