We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Sales Development Representative (f/d/m), who loves to mentor our SDR team while contributing directly to the pipeline by turning cold leads into great opportunities.

YOUR MISSION
  • Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and feedback to a team of SDRs, while monitoring individual and team performance to ensure meeting goals are met or exceeded. Management responsibility will be 50% of the role.
  • Research and connect with key decision-makers across target companies through email, cold calling and Linkedin Sales Navigator. The individual work will make up the other 50% of the role.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to create winning strategies that drive revenue.
  • Contribute to expanding our global market presence by strategically identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like Amplemarket and Salesforce to optimize your outreach and track progress.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Strong experience in a SDR or business development role, ideally with previous experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and quota achievement, ideally in B2B SaaS or Enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated motivation to exceed ambitious targets and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and contributing effectively in collaborative team settings through a structured approach.
  • Established expertise in cultivating strong interpersonal connections and teamwork across departments.
  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
  • A valid working permit in Germany.
