Job mission

At Remerge, we are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to oversee our global marketing efforts. This role focuses on driving country-specific GTM plans, improving demand generation KPIs, and optimising performance against budgets. You will guide the integration of account-based marketing and branded initiatives, direct website optimisation for quality traffic and conversions, and ensure cohesive, trend-aligned marketing assets across all outputs.

Beyond strategy, you'll actively foster a culture of innovation, guiding team development and empowering them to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Job responsibilities
  1. Oversee the development of country-specific GTM channel plans that align with local market conditions, partner dynamics, and strategic objectives. Ensure consistent improvement of demand generation KPIs, aligning performance with budget increases.
  2. Guide collaborative GTM planning efforts for product lines, ensuring integration with partners and strategic collaborators.
  3. Lead the introduction of account-based marketing programs, large-scale branded marketing initiatives, and lead-generation channels.
  4. Direct the optimisation of website development to ensure high conversion. Own and optimise the rest of the marketing tool stack.
  5. Ensure brand design remains cohesive, trend-aligned, and tailored to various outputs, with a focus on introducing modern, interactive digital assets.
  6. Actively develop team members and foster a culture of innovation.
