Your Role

You will present our innovative product and create an unforgettable experience for our customers. With your enthusiasm and energy, you will inspire, arouse curiosity, and leave lasting impressions.

  • Take on a leading sales role by providing detailed explanations about IQOS products to customers in the Consumer Experience.
  • Proactively approach people, initiate conversations, and discover how our product fits into their lives. Be the director of your own sales scenes!
  • Build strong customer relationships that extend beyond the sale.
  • Work with the team to exceed sales goals through promotion, branding, and marketing initiatives that increase IQOS product awareness and revenue.
  • Travel and explore new locations every three months, inspiring people across Germany.
  • Manage logistics, including merchandise, inventory, and cash handling, to optimize the sales area for a unique customer experience.
