The role

As a Global Product Owner for Microsoft 365 and Security, you will define, design, and lead innovative product and service offerings that will shape SoftwareOne’s future in these areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business needs and cutting-edge technology. Reporting to the Microsoft CoE Lead, you will drive best practices, delivery blueprints, and innovative approaches for our Microsoft 365 and Security portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Strategy Leadership: Define and steer the Microsoft 365 and Security product strategy and roadmap, aligning with market trends and customer demands. Develop a compelling value proposition to foster innovation and growth.
2. Solution Design & Innovation: Lead the development of scalable, secure Microsoft 365 solutions and accelerators, utilizing Microsoft technologies such as Entra (AAD), Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Purview, and Copilot for Security.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal centers of excellence, solution architects, demand capture teams, and Microsoft experts to ensure seamless solution delivery. Coordinate with the Global Product Manager for Microsoft Security to align strategies.
4. Agile Product Management & Backlog Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, secure products. Facilitate collaboration among engineering, solution architects, and sales teams.
5. Strategic Partnership & Delivery Excellence: Collaborate with Microsoft to keep security offerings at the forefront. Contribute to proposals, solution designs, and architectures for large customers and deals. Lead pre-sales activities, including demos, POCs, and proposals.
6. Product Portfolio Development: Grow and maintain relevance of the Microsoft 365 and Security portfolio, establishing global delivery standards and integrating innovative, repeatable components.
7. Thought Leadership: Contribute to SoftwareOne's advisory services and delivery practices, sharing insights at industry events and in industry consortia.
8. Market & Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in Microsoft 365 and Security, especially in Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Data Protection, and SecOps, to drive product innovation and strategic planning.

What we need to see from you:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Product Owner, or in Professional Services, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Security.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Entra (AAD), Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Purview, and Copilot for Security.
• Strong understanding of security concepts like Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Data Protection, and relevant regulations (e.g., NIS2, DORA, CISA).
• Experience in Agile product management, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of service delivery models and architectural best practices such as WAF, CAF, and TOGAF.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
