Your future contribution

HomeToGo is looking for a Accounts Receivable Manager (m / f / d) who will support our Accounts Receivable team. Together with your team, you are responsible for billing and receivables management and ensure smooth invoicing as well as securing liquidity by minimizing bad debts. Youensure that the invoicing data is reliable and robust, because they are the basis for our internal and external reporting, and ensure decisions based on these figures contribute to the success and growth of HomeToGo.

How you’ll add value

Monitor and optimize our Accounts Receivable (AR) KPIs

Serve as a main stakeholder for revenue reporting and invoicing topics for both internal and external parties

Communicate with our B2B customers and align on unpaid invoices

Assist the Accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Support the Accounting team during the semi-annual and yearly audit processes

2 years of experience in Accounting, professional experience in Accounts Receivable is an asset

Enjoy working in a team and see yourself as a team player

Are able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Proficiency in written and verbal English, German is a plus

Possess deep computer skills, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
