We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious team players who wish to grow with Delivery Hero in a dynamic environment. We welcome applications from fully qualified lawyers experienced in collective labor law. The role offers creative freedom and is based in our modern Hero Hub in Berlin.

You will work closely with the Employee Relations team, advising HR and leadership on collective labor law matters, acting as a reliable business partner.

Your responsibilities include negotiating and drafting works council agreements, developing internal guidelines in collaboration with the works council, and establishing related processes.

Additionally, you will:

1. Deliver training on collective labor law within the company and prepare relevant materials.
2. Handle issues related to collective labor law independently, working cross-functionally with departments such as Data Privacy and HR.
3. Coordinate labor law consulting with external law firms.
4. Monitor legislative changes and political initiatives in labor law, collaborating with the Public Policy team to safeguard regulatory interests.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed both state law exams.
• Experience in collective labor law and collaborating with a German works council, either as in-house counsel in a large, international company (preferably in tech) or through work in a reputable law firm (2–4 years).
• A specialization as a certified labor law attorney is advantageous.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex tasks accurately, pragmatically, and business-oriented.
• Creative, resilient, and able to think outside the box.
