The German team consists of 45 talents across Munich and Frankfurt, working with clients like Sony, Kahoot!, Tefal, Continental, and Uber.

What are we looking for?

We seek a Human Resources Coordinator or People & Culture Coordinator, reporting to the HR Director for Continental Europe. You will support HR functions for our German offices, involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, career progression, rewards, and contract management.

You will have support from an office manager and will be responsible for:

  • Managing recruitment processes, including posting ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
  • Drafting employee contracts and managing onboarding with the office manager and management team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with third parties such as universities, trainers, and freelancers.
  • Keeping HR materials and policies up to date according to German legislation.
  • Ensuring employee data accuracy in all HR systems and supporting the HRIS usage.
  • Participating in payroll data provision and improving HR processes.
  • Supporting complex case management and being the first HR contact for the team.
  • Interacting with the international People & Culture team for feedback and reporting.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in HR administration, coordination, or junior advisory roles.
  • Understanding of German labor law and experience in international environments.
  • Strong organizational, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
