Jobbeschreibung

As a Shopper Marketing Specialist (m / f / x)

For the Consume Business Group in the Central Europe Region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  1. Creating, executing, and measuring the Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
  2. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors.
  3. Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to execute growth opportunities.
  4. Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products, and brand campaigns.
  5. Having a deep understanding of the customer landscape, their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools, and operations.
  6. Managing channel advertising and merchandising budgets and prioritizing according to sources of growth.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience in Consumer Marketing / B2C / FMCG.
  3. Good level of English and German proficiency.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  1. Experience in Project Management.
  2. Master's Degree in Marketing.

Travel expectations: May include up to 10% travel to Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
