Would you like to gain in-depth experience in photography and imaging? TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems, offering opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

We provide comprehensive training on the company's products, along with guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy
• Achieve targets set by the client and internal goals
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on common questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate and share ideas with colleagues
