As part of Germany's largest social association, the Sozialverband VdK Nord in Schleswig-Holstein advocates for the social law and social policy interests of its members. Core topics include pensions, poverty, disabilities, health, and care. Additionally, our over 16,000 members have opportunities for voluntary engagement. Position

We are seeking an engaged legal professional to provide social legal advice and representation for our members in the Schleswig/Flensburg area. The position can be full or part-time. Offices are available in both locations (Flensburg / Schleswig).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal advice to members on all social legal matters
• Handle and represent cases in application, objection, and legal proceedings
• Support district and local associations with organizational activities

Profile

• Second State Examination in Law or a comparable qualification - suitable for entry-level applicants
• Knowledge of social law is advantageous
• Resilience, customer orientation, and strong communication skills
• Polite, considerate manner with a sense of what is necessary
• Organizational skills, teamwork, and flexibility
• Driver's license and own car are desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office
