Salary: 60–65K base + 25% bonus commission

Company Overview: A fast-growing global EdTech company is hiring a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform across academic accounts.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Support universities post-sale to drive usage and renewals
  2. Build relationships with faculty and help integrate the product into classrooms
  3. Serve as the trusted contact for onboarding, support, and training

Ideal candidate profile:

  1. Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or a STEM discipline
  2. Confident communicator (including poster presentations or academic demos!)
  3. Experience with customer interaction, training, or support
  4. Fluent in German
  5. Comfortable with remote work and flexible setup
  6. Supportive attitude in a fast-paced environment
