Jobbeschreibung

We are now looking for an accountable Head of Supply Chain Development to join our Packaging Materials division's Digitalisation organization. This role is ideally based in one of our customer service locations and reports to the Vice President of Business IT and Digitalisation (Dusseldorf, Warsaw, Helsinki). The role holder will be part of the PM Digitalisation leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Packaging Business Units' supply chain organizations to define process and tool development needs to support the business in improving efficiency and service consistency. You will lead a team of competent supply chain specialists responsible for the end-to-end development of the ecosystem (Fenix, Salesforce, Celonis, etc.). The team's scope includes End User Support, Process Management, and Process and Tool Efficiency.

In this key role, your main responsibilities are to:

  1. Lead the Supply Chain Development team by setting clear and aligned targets and priorities. Manage the team in scope of operational agility, backups, development, appraisals, etc.
  2. Manage development within an agile framework for Order Fulfillment processes and provide training to enhance know-how for daily operations.
  3. Own quality assurance testing practices for operative systems in order fulfillment (e.g., Fenix, Salesforce, Celonis). Share discoveries, solution proposals, and best practices across teams to reduce testing efforts and shorten throughput times.
  4. Promote a high-performance culture and stakeholder engagement. Address issues promptly and seek continuous process and outcome improvements.
  5. Stay informed about stakeholder needs, understand their priorities and constraints.
  6. Maintain service descriptions to meet common business stakeholder needs.
  7. Ensure resources with appropriate competencies are available to execute services meeting stakeholder expectations.
