Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you need:
A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Experience in active sourcing, preferably in engineering.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, XING Talentmanager, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to initiate contact with potential talents.
Independence, structured work approach, teamwork, and commitment.
Fluency in German and good English skills.
