We are currently seeking a Sales Director Europe to lead our Key Account and Strategic Sales initiatives and drive the next chapter of our commercial growth. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven leader with strong international B2B experience and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions in a digital-first environment. In this role, you will also serve as a crucial link between our local markets and central commercial strategy.

Role Accountabilities :

  • Lead and grow pan-European key accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Define and execute scalable cross-border account strategies for Fleet, Leasing, OEM, Dealer, and Rental customers
  • Act as senior point of contact and trusted advisor for EU clients, driving engagement and retention

Team & Performance Management

  • Build, lead and empower a high-performing European Sales organization
  • Drive alignment between local and EU sales teams and foster a culture of ownership and excellence
  • Use KPIs and Salesforce dashboards to track and optimize pipeline and performance

Sales Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Standardize and scale sales execution processes across all markets
  • Lead strategic account reviews and pipeline forecasting sessions
  • Promote cross-border synergies and embed operational best practices

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver integrated customer value
  • Represent Sales in cross-functional steering committees and governance forums
  • Engage country sales leaders to ensure aligned commercial execution
  • Monitor trends and competitor movements to refine strategy
  • Co-shape Go-to-Market (GTM) and pricing strategies based on market insights
  • Represent BCA at key industry events and with strategic customers

Knowledge and Experience :

  • 10+ years of senior-level B2B sales leadership, ideally in the automotive or remarketing industry
  • Proven track record in managing pan-European customers and complex matrix environments
  • Strong commercial acumen, influencing skills, and operational rigor
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams and building scalable processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German)
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
