The role

• Support as a Junior SAP FI/CO Consultant in the Record-to-Report (RtR, FI/CO) area during SAP on Hyperscaler/RISE migrations and transformations.
• Participate in S/4 HANA transformation projects and S/4 HANA conversions in the RtR (FI/CO) area.
• Assist in RtR (FI/CO) in SAP System Landscape Transformation/Consolidation and Carve-Out projects.
• Help plan data migration within the framework of RtR (FI/CO) during S/4 HANA transformations.
• Support SAP sub-projects according to the SAP Activate methodology.
• Contribute to the creation of SAP Cloud/RISE architecture designs and roadmaps.
• Participate in workshops and assessments to determine business and transformation requirements.
• Work in highly integrated environments with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Assist in S/4 HANA transformation projects to enhance business value.

What we need to see from you

• Initial experience in various SAP project-related roles.
• Basic knowledge of RtR (FI/CO) in SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Basic knowledge in controlling, financial accounting, business architecture, cloud transition.
• Early successes in supporting RtR (FI/CO) sub-projects in S/4 transformations.
• Ability to work practically and handle multiple client priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to support and motivate professionals with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Commitment to team success and willingness to take constructive corrective actions when needed.
• Fluent in German and English.
