This role involves providing technical guidance to clients and partners on the use of Tagetik software, focusing on ESG topics. The Solution Architect collaborates with Account Managers to secure projects through tender documentation, product demonstrations, prototypes, and client presentations. Additional activities include supporting events, publishing articles, and lecturing.

The position requires staying updated on product, process, ESG regulations, and reporting standards through continuous training. A quick understanding of customer processes is essential to develop tailored solutions and build confidence during sales.

Job Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in business administration, commercial informatics, or a related field, or professional experience as a consultant, controller, or accountant; sustainability experience is a plus.
• Combination of sustainability, finance knowledge, and technical skills.
• Experience in Presales of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills at management level.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Interest in ESG and customer engagement.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written); German language skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for presentations and meetings.
