Digital Solutions Engineer Pharma/Biotech (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

1. Understand current processes: Talk to clients, understand their pain points, and document your findings.
2. Design future processes: Develop concepts, identify methods, technologies, and pathways to give companies new perspectives on their processes.
3. Implement change: Support the selection and implementation of digital solutions, adapt concepts flexibly, and contribute hands-on when needed.

Your Profile

• Degree in a STEM field or comparable qualification; experienced career changers are also welcome.
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and initiative.
• Structured and results-oriented working style.
• Proficiency in German and English (at least B2); additional languages are a plus.
• Preferred: Experience with MES/EBR solutions in regulated environments, knowledge of qualification and computer system validation (CSV).
