About Us

We are SpaceCraft - an early-stage AI startup that transforms 2D floor plans into immersive 360° visualisations, enabling real estate developers to market unbuilt properties quickly, affordably, and at scale.

We already developed a working MVP, collected 4 letters of intent, secured 25k EUR from Google Cloud, and have a pending EXIST funding offer.

We are a team of three.Katjais an experienced architect with a real estate development background and unique gen-AI expertise.Vladis a trained product manager with extensive product-building experience - particularly in the startup space.Mishais a software engineer with numerous AI projects under his belt.

Role Overview

Our team is now looking for asales-strong, German-speaking co-founderto join us and push the product into the hands of customers. We are not looking for an employee but a co-founder ready to shape this venture from the ground up.

You’ll take full ownership of everything sales- and customer-facing:

  • Identify, approach, and close early adopters (real estate developers, platforms)
  • Drive customer discovery and refine our go-to-market strategy
  • Represent SpaceCraft externally, especially in the German-speaking market
  • Shape the company’s commercial direction alongside the founding team

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

  • C2-level German,C1-level English
  • Proven experience insales,business development, orcustomer development- doesn’t need to be from a formal job, but must be real
  • A driven,proactive mindset- you take ownership and make things happen
  • Youenjoy talking to peopleand are persuasive and sociable
  • Able to commitat least 20h/weekto start, with the intention to scale up

Nice-to-haves

  • Background inbusiness,entrepreneurship, or adjacent fields
  • Proven track record of extracurricular activities, e.g., hackathons, personal projects, student clubs, etc.
  • Experience or at least interest inAI,proptech, orreal estate
  • Experience withB2B salesor early-stage traction work
