What you will do

  • Drive business results within a team of Partner Managers across various Mid-Market industries by building trust, respecting others, setting clear expectations, maintaining high ethical standards, and fulfilling commitments.
  • Serve as a business partner for our German Sales teams, partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Implement targeted sales strategies within your industry ecosystem.
  • Engage early and closely to accelerate pipeline development and predictability.
  • Support partners in understanding our SaaS and Cloud offerings and influence customer decisions to choose Oracle.
  • Expand and strengthen our partner ecosystem.

What you will bring
