Job Description:

Decathlon is looking for a passionate and skilled Fahrradmonteur:in (Bike Technician) to join our team in Ingolstadt. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing bicycles and sports equipment, personalizing products, handling customer complaints and returns, ensuring safety, and managing invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair customer bicycles and sports equipment, especially bicycles.
• Personalize products according to customer wishes (printing/embroidery).
• Handle customer complaints and returns with flexibility.
• Ensure safety for customers, colleagues, and stock.
• Prepare invoices.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, trained bicycle mechanic or similar experience.
• Passionate about sports and eager to live this passion professionally.
• Handy with technical skills and interested in mechanics.
• Service-oriented with enjoyment in customer interaction.
• Willing to take responsibility for yourself, your team, and your projects.
• Available to support the team on Saturdays.
