Jobbeschreibung

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will report to the Store Manager as part of our team in Berlin Store.

How you will contribute
  • Support the achievement of the Store / Individual Sales Target
  • Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy
  • Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, building teamwork
  • Support staff optimization vs business needs
  • Efficiently monitor the clienteling tools
  • Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
  • Oversee stock management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
  • Build effective and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service in alignment with company standards
Who you are
  • Excellent management and organizational skills, adaptable, results-oriented
  • Proven managerial experience of about 1-2 years
  • Ability to drive results and manage teams effectively
  • Talent for coaching, developing, and managing a team
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
  • Fluent in German and English
