Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and implement suitable advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with diverse advertisers to deliver the best digital advertising solutions for each client.

Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative strategies to strengthen client and agency relationships, sharing performance suggestions, and promoting Google products.
2. Provide strategic advice to maximize ROI on advertising investments by working closely with clients in a consultative manner.
3. Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
4. Engage proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in German (C2 level).
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, especially building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• 0-1 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
• Strong team player with leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising with a desire to learn and grow.

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract.

Salary: Starting from €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 gross/year in bonuses, with potential to overachieve.

Location: Hybrid working model in Barcelona, office located by the sea.
