Title : (Associate) Business Analyst - Financial Risk Management - Kirchberg

Description :

A prestigious client located in Kirchberg is seeking an experienced (Associate) Business Analyst to join its dynamic Risk Models & Analytics team. This key role within the Capital Management & Financial Risks Division will allow you to directly contribute to the measurement, monitoring, and management of the institution's financial risks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Development, deployment, and maintenance of innovative quantitative models and IT applications.
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders to align models and applications with business needs.
  • Contributing to the success of development projects and change management initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Streamlining internal processes, standardizing workflows, and automating documents and electronic records.
  • Providing support to internal clients regarding existing models and applications.
  • Defining use cases for current and future models and applications.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or another relevant quantitative field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in model development, IT engineering, or innovation.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
  • Business analysis and change management experience is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Business Objects, Microsoft 365, and Smart-IT.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and strong results and customer orientation.
  • Understanding of the institution's mission, organization, and activities.
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
