Position Details

The position is to be filled at our locations in Pirmasens and Saarbrücken.

Responsibilities
  1. First impressions count - you welcome our business partners, guests, and employees with a smile.
  2. As an organizational talent, you ensure a smooth daily office routine and a positive working atmosphere.
  3. You live the service concept and enjoy working in a team.
  4. You contribute to various areas of responsibility such as event planning, health management, room planning & design, etc.
  5. You initiate projects on your own initiative to make the office even more professional and efficient.
Qualifications
  • You have experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail, and/or have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Experience in organizing events as well as knowledge of inventory, merchandise management, and shipping would also be desirable.
  • An independent, structured, and conscientious way of working is in your nature.
  • You have a first-class service orientation and enjoy dealing with people.
  • You have a very good command of German and English and are adept at using MS Office applications.
