JOB TITLE: Community & Merch Specialist
LOCATION: Berlin, Germany
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: EUR 34 - 41k, depending on experience
Start date: May 2025
You'll be responsible for maintaining the WeRoad website, nurturing our Facebook Group, managing promotional activities, and scouting for communities with similar values. You will be part of our Berlin-based team responsible for the German-speaking DACH market.
Hard skills: Knowledge of Facebook dynamics, marketing/community understanding, online/influencer communities, copywriting, native-level written German
Soft skills: Analytical, reliable, excellent time management, team player, multitasking ability
