The Data Architecture & Management Team is a diverse team located across Europe, primarily in Germany. The team defines global data architecture guidelines and principles and handles data management topics, including data quality.
Meaningful & Challenging - Your Tasks
- Business Information Model: Collaborate with other architects to develop a comprehensive business information model that serves as a crucial blueprint.
- Architecture Modelling: Develop and maintain architecture and business process models aligned with business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability for various data-related use cases.
- Data Governance: Work with cross-functional teams to establish data ownership and stewardship. Collaborate with multiple business units to develop a common data domain model.
- Data Catalogue: Apply architecture best practices to create a common business vocabulary, enabling stakeholders to understand and communicate about data assets, including their structure, usage, and governance.
- Data Storage: Evaluate and select suitable data storage solutions considering scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Data Monetization: Identify revenue opportunities from data assets and work with stakeholders to develop data products and services.
Authentic & Ambitious - Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields with several years of experience in IT and data architecture & management.
- Proven experience working with stakeholders from different countries with diverse technical and business backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience with architecture & business process modelling and implementing data architecture principles in multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Integration concepts, and latest Azure data technologies, trends, and data monetization strategies.
- Proficiency with data catalogue tools like Erwin-DIS, Collibra, Informatica.
- Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks, algorithms, and their integration into data architecture.
- Excellent command of English.
