Your tasks:

• Timely production planning, taking into account assembly and manufacturing capacities, inventory levels and procurement situations based on customer deadlines
• Close cooperation with relevant interfaces (production, purchasing, supply chain management, engineering) regarding target achievement of delivery dates, quantity, and costs
• Monitoring of available production capacities and adjustment of production plans in case of capacity bottlenecks
• Release, control, and monitoring of production orders
• Ensuring optimal and smooth utilization of production capacity
• Participation in special projects
• Work in an international setting

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship in the field of metal and further training as an industrial foreman, technician, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing as a skilled worker
• Experience with tools from Lean Management (e.g., Kanban)
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently under deadline pressure
• Very good computer skills in MS Office and SAP
• Good command of written and spoken English
