The UniCredit Graduate Program offers a stimulating 12-month rotation-based experience within one of Europe's leading financial institutions. We seek a curious, open-minded, and creative Trainee (f/m/d) to join our People & Culture Division at UniCredit Bank GmbH. Our division focuses on supporting employee development and cultivating an inclusive corporate culture, involved in projects across the entire employee lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
You will be working closely with Board Member for People & Culture and their Business Manager with
- Getting hands on with People & Culture strategy: All strategic and operational initiatives of the People & Culture function
- Managing Daily activities & projects: All daily ad-hoc activities and strategic topics, providing comprehensive support and ensuring effective decision-making
- Shaping P&C policies & programs: The development and implementation of P&C policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Event planning: Planning and coordinating events such as P&C Townhalls, ensuring seamless execution and impactful engagement
- Becoming a data wiz: preparing and delivering analysis and presentations for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, and Group, ensuring data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
What you will do & learn
- Own your projects: Take ownership of specific topics and projects, driving them to successful completion while ensuring alignment with the overall P&C agenda
- Dive into research & trends: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in the P&C domain, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making

What you'll need to succeed
- Final stages of Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar, or recent graduate within 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation and data analysis skills
- Fluent in English and conversational German
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Ownership mentality, trustworthiness, and loyalty
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Interest in P&C trends, best practices, and regulations is a plus
