This is a unique place with a brilliant, spirited, and talented team. Here, if you’re willing to do more, your career can take off. Software plays a central role in everyone’s lives, and you’ll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including most of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production — a concept we call “liquid software.”

As a Field Marketing Manager at JFrog, you will…

  1. Create and build high-impact marketing initiatives to increase new business opportunities and expand existing customers.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing and demand generation plans to generate quality leads, aligned with overall marketing strategies and business objectives in Germany and possibly in additional tier 2 countries.
  3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market trends, prospect and customer challenges, and provide feedback to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  4. Manage regional marketing trade shows, roundtables, or other events and seminars, ensuring smooth execution and maximum engagement for demand generation and pipeline growth.
  5. Localize marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, in coordination with the marketing team, considering language, sales stages, personas, and use cases.
  6. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer preferences, needs, and competitor activities.
  7. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  8. Build strong relationships with stakeholders including vendors, partners, and internal teams to foster effective activities and results.
  9. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide reports with recommendations for optimization.
  10. Keep updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

To be a Field Marketing Manager at JFrog, you need…

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in field marketing or related roles, especially B2B, preferably in Security or DevOps.
  3. Experience working with SDR/BDRs and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and offers along the buyer’s journey.
  4. Self-starter with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), management tools (e.g., Monday, ClickUp, Wrike), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua).
  8. Fluent in German and English; additional languages like French are a plus.
  9. Willingness to travel within EMEA and internationally as needed.
  10. Experience in channel marketing and partner engagement strategies is highly advantageous.
