Tasks

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your business (flexible working hours based on full or part-time commitment; you choose when and where to work).
  • Generate leads via social media (training provided).
  • Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage contact points (training and scripts provided).
  • Support and coach new business owners to succeed.
  • Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
  • Participate in weekly training & development sessions via Zoom.
  • Engage regularly with our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'.
  • Attend training calls for personal growth.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience working professionally, either in a corporate environment or self-employed.
  • Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e.g., Facebook, Xing, LinkedIn).
  • Passion for growth and development; lifelong learning mindset.
  • Motivated, solution-oriented, reliable, and organized.
  • Creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to work from anywhere with a laptop, phone, and internet connection.
  • Provision of relevant training and support, including marketing skills and techniques.
  • Recognition and achievement awards in a supportive team environment.
  • Full or part-time commitment (minimum of 2 hours daily).
